  1. Hey now! That’s an accomplishment. Best of luck on Tuesday

    1. You must be new to town, they do this every year. Girls group 4 soccer up here in North 1 is very weak. Better competition in Grp 3.

      1. 3 D1 players on offense and a D1 athlete on D.

19-0 heck of an accomplishment regardless of group

      2. Ramapo won the State Sectional in the “better competition” Group 3.

Ramapo’s conference record during the season was 8-2. The 2 losses??

        4-1 and 3-0 to Ridgewood!!!

        1. You’re missing the point.

Go into the Phys Rd teacher’s room across from the gymnasium. Jeff Yesring kept a summary of the going back to the early 80s. Winning G4 sectional titles is hardly a surprise.

IHA is down a bit it seems but OT is awakening, Ramapo and Highlsnds are always strong. But that’s it.

Is the 2022 team good ? Yes.

Will they win the state title next week ? Probably.

  2. Amazing season…

  3. Congrats to all the girls. They don’t get to choose what section they play in. They beat everyone that showed up.

  4. Anyone who takes issue with an article about girls hs soccer deserves our compassion as the mental health profession has no remedy.
