Ridgewood NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of GEORGE R. HILL V (DOB: 5/15/1973; married; financial planner) of 125 Glenwood Road, Ridgewood, NJ, on a charge of Assault By Auto. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Robert Anzilotti and the Franklin Lakes Police Department under the direction of Chief Carmine Pezzuti.
At 8:01 p.m. on May 31, 2020, the Franklin Lakes Police Department responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash at the Indian Trail Club located at 830 Franklin Lake Road. At the scene, officers observed a 2005 Jeep Wrangler with passenger side damage resulting from a collision with a tree. The driver of the vehicle, GEORGE HILL, was uninjured and standing outside of the vehicle. The front seat passenger, a 40-year-old female from Ridgewood, NJ, was transported to Hackensack University Medical Center with serious injuries where she remains in stable condition. No other vehicles were involved in the collision.
As a result of the investigation, HILL was charged with one count of Assault By Auto, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1c(2), a 3rd degree crime, as well as motor vehicle violations for Driving While Intoxicated, in violation of N.J.S.A. 39:4-50 and Reckless Driving, in violation of N.J.S.A. 39:4-96. HILL is scheduled for a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack on Friday, July 3, 2020.
Prosecutor Musella states that the charges are merely accusations and that the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, and he would also like to thank the Franklin Lakes Police Department and the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office for their assistance in this investigation.
( financial planner) I hope this isn’t the guy that complains about cops, fireman and teachers.
the guy who complains about fire and police is a fraud, I don’t believe he works in finance , no way someone in finance would have the kind of time to post every minute
All I know is I’m Coolin the town workers when I need something, fire, police, Dpw, EMTs,
Who complains about police and fire? Maybe the person used to be in finance and was laid off?
If there is one critical service (I hope) we all agree on, it’s firefighters!
It’s the BIG Garages Fault !
