Franklin Lakes NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of JUSTIN M. GONZALEZ (DOB: 07/18/1996; single; unemployed) of 501 Elk Point Road, Livingston Manor, NY on charges of Robbery, Theft By Unlawful Taking, Burglary, Obstructing The Administration Of Law Or Government Function, Hindering Oneself, Aggravated Assault, and Kidnapping. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Robert Anzilotti, the Oakland Police Department under the direction of Chief Keith Sanzari, and the Franklin Lakes Police Department under the direction of Chief Carmine Pezzuti.

However, as the iPhone 12 release date approaches on October 23, WalletHub found that people can save $933 – $2,280 over two years by picking the right plan.

In response, the Borough of Glen Rock in cooperation with New Bridge Medical Center is hosting a Mobile COVID-19 testing site on Friday, 10/23 at 9 am in the Borough Hall Train Station lot.

Ridgewood NJ, There are a few spaces available for the “Masked Singers” Group Karaoke event this Friday at the Community Center, so if there are Middle School Students (Now open to 6th, 7th and 8th Grades) looking for a fun, safe night to do some Karaoke, and “see your friends”, join us!  Microphones WILL NOT be shared!  All lyrics will be projected on a screen and will be song as a group!  Registration is through CommunityPass.  There will be no entry at the door.  Please see flyer attached for all the details!  Halloween goodie bags will be given out at the end of the event!

Governor Phil Murphy signed legislation (S2519) which requires public health emergency credits to be awarded to certain inmates and parolees during a public health emergency. The legislation includes certain exclusions and prohibits inmates or parolees to contact their victims upon their release.

Westwood Regional School District will Transition to full Remote Instruction for the Next Two Weeks

Twp. of Washington NJ, health officials are  actively investigating close to 20 new COVID-19 cases in the Township of Washington, and close to 30 new cases in the Borough of Westwood, since 9/30/20. Currently, health officials are monitoring a total of 8 cases identified in the school community. Health officials  have multiple cohorts in quarantine  and investigations are still underway, which could potentially expand the list of quarantined individuals.
