  1. WTF 18-39 Award Professional Services Contract – Surveying of Elks Club Property -(NTE $2,200.00)

  2. Waynesworld era lunacy continues ..throw in a petting zoo and a water slide over the band shell..towns becoming a farce…

  3. Was this discussed during last week’s workshop?
18-45 Title 59 Approval– Horticultural Supplies
18-46 Award Contract – Horticultural Supplies (NTE $45,000)

  4. 12:08 – EVERYTHING IN THIS VILLAGE GOVERNMENT costs 3 times.

  5. Maybe we need a change again to send a clear message to stop wasting our tax money.

  6. How much are we going to spend tonight?

  7. Do you think they give two shits about you and I. They try to spend money on repaving parking lots in the CBD.

  8. “I expected it,” Village Manager Heather Mailander said of the three-month pilot program at a meeting last week.

Ms. Mailander denies she ever said this about the $23K loss associated with the pilot centralized valet parking program.

    Let’s go to the tape.

  9. She said it at the meeting 2 weeks ago when results of pilot program were announced. Its all on video.

  10. I understand that many residents are dissatisfied with our current council after having high hopes at the beginning. I’m sure they are working very hard behind the scenes. But working on what? They get an absolute zero for communication between the council and the citizens. We all know that they are capable people but it seems that the capabilities needed by the Village are sorely lacking. They do seem to be just throwing money around without caring what it costs if it seems a good idea to them. How many people are going to take time out of their day to check your water bills on the new and very expensive app that someone convinced them to purchase? How much is the total restoration of the Schedler house going to cost? We’re getting bids one project at a time. The roof alone is going to be a huge cost. Before spending money on the roof, is the house worth fixing? How much will the TOTAL charge be for everything? One item at a time does not begin to cover the scope of the plans! We’ve already had one big loser, the Valet parking and probably a large loss on the parking meter trial. And, finally–THE HEALTH BARN. A business for profit, or really any business larger than bathrooms and a snack bar does not belong on anything purchased with Green Acres money. And it certainly shouldn’t be using area that Village children need to use. (Go home little girl, only paying children allowed.) I am sure that most residents are fully aware as to how she has expanded “teaching children about the earth” to dinners being served to adults with alcohol being served! She is in total violation of her contract that it alone should serve as a legal reason to kick her out. Even with a large amount of residents asking questions, NOTHING is being heard from the Council. If you don’t want the Carpet Baggers to win the next election, you might actually have to start communicating with us. You were elected to run the Village and answer the residents questions. Even if it is to say “We’re working on it or we’re getting close to a resolution on it”. I’m quite sure that if you give us answers we don’t like (Health Barn particularly) we’re not going to put you up before a firing squad. But you might lose the election because a group of frustrated people aren’t voting for you.
