  1. Cars drive awfully fast in our streets. I shiver when I see kids who ride their bicycles around town. I would like to know statistics about how many drivers police ticket for speeding or for not obeying stop signs. I rarely see anyone pulled over in Ridgewood.

  2. I drove past . . . the bicycle was all the way under the car. Two young adults sitting on the curb (not sure if they were witness, diriver etc.).

  3. On Wednesday I was driving on Linwood fro m Paramus road westbound towards valley..there were 3 bicycle riiders 3 abreast acting is though they owned the road. Just like the large groups that can be seen every weekend doing the same thing through saddle river areas. With their black pants and dentist mirrors on their glasses…
    Bunch of friggin a-holes

  4. I often wonder if the driver was texting as the driver was a young person

  5. Some bicyclists have ear buds in and are listening to music or talking on the phone. Not a good idea

  6. Yeah 6:00! And they deserve a death sentence for their offenses!

  7. Pretty simple with regards to all the comments above….

We have miles Ofbike paths…use them or get your ass run over on Paramus road of all frickin places to ride.
Ear buds? That nice. I have extremely dark sunglasses on…and it’s cloudy.
3 abreast? That’s nice. When I run you over because of your arrogance it’s pretty easy to tell the responding officers that I didn’t see you in time and besides, YOU WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD.
And then we have the “texting” because they were “young” obviously written by an elderly person who took 30 min to write the above.
And then we have our cyclist @ 504 who’s just about to go for a ride with said breasted friends wearing said tights and sporting the dentist mirror because, well, he’s a dentist and got it cheap. Mind your tighty blackies there bud. You thinking you own the road doesn’t coincide with the girth of my Chrysler and chances are very good that I prevail. I suggest that you govern yourselfs accordingly.

  8. My father is fighting for his life right now. You have no clue what happened. This is someone’s life. You all should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves.

  9. Praying for your Dad.

  10. Praying for your Dad, trusting in the Lord and looking forward to the day I see him in church again.

  11. Hi, praying and sending loving thoughts to you, your dad and family. I just heard today. Your dad helps me a lot at his work place. Wish there was something I could do.
Please tell him Lori of Garden Angels knows he has the strength that is needed for each step of the way. ??

  12. I know your Dad from the hardware store he is such great guy . I was so sorry to hear about what happened. I was in there today and asked for him and how he’s doing. Please tell him that he’s in my thoughts and prayers. Always wishing him and your family all the best always.
    Sincerely – Bob from Sunrise
