East Rutherford NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of MILTON P. CARCHIPULLA (DOB: 5/13/1982; single; self-employed construction worker) of 234 Lakeview Avenue, 2nd Floor, Paterson, New Jersey on charges of Aggravated Sexual Assault, Sexual Assault, Aggravated Criminal Sexual Contact, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Witness Tampering and Bribery. The arrest was a result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the East Rutherford Police Department under the direction of Chief Dennis Rivelli.

This included 5,745 breeders averaging 15.4″ and another 1,880 beauties averaging 20.2″ The average production fish size was 11.3″, making this spring’s fish some of the largest ever. Many waters will hold trout into the summer, and others provide year-round trout fishing – see the Spring Trout Fishing page for details. Bergen County SWAT and Elmwood Park Police Subdue Knife Wielding Man

Elmwood Park NJ, the Bergen County Regional SWAT Team was assembled to assist Elmwood Park Police subdue an adult male who had threatened two (2) Elmwood Park police officers with a knife after they attempted to enter his home for purposes of performing a requested welfare check on Saturday afternoon, 05/08. Following a hours long stand off, SWAT Team personnel stormed the man’s residence after deploying several tear gas canisters, and seized him without further incident. Elmwood Park Fire Department units were also at the scene, along with multiple BLS and ALS emergency medical service units. The Bergen County Sheriff’s Office assisted Elmwood Park Police with traffic and crowd control.
