Lyndhurst NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of CHRISTOPHER BAULCH (DOB: 7/24/1978; married; unemployed) of 48 Minns Avenue, Wayne, NJ on arson-related charges. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Lyndhurst Police Department under the direction of Chief Richard Jarvis.

Lyndhurst Man Surrenders to Bergen County Regional SWAT after Standoff

Lyndhurst NJ, according Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella  yesterday the Bergen County Regional SWAT Team and the Lyndhurst Police Department arrived to the  scene of a barricaded subject at 444 Thomas Avenue in Lyndhurst.  Police initially responded to the address at approximately 4:13 p.m. on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, and they have been in contact with an individual in that residence since that time. No other individuals are believed to be in the home.

Lyndhurst NJ, The Attorney General’s Office is conducting an investigation of an apparent suicide by firearm that occurred during a police encounter in Lyndhurst, N.J., on Sunday, Oct. 24. One male civilian sustained fatal injuries. His identity is not being released at this time. No one else was injured.

Lyndhurst NJ, Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance, Jr., today filed charges in Manhattan Criminal Court against fifteen individuals involved in a fake COVID-19 vaccination card conspiracy. As alleged, JASMINE CLIFFORD, 31, sold approximately 250 forged COVID-19 vaccination cards over Instagram, and worked with NADAYZA BARKLEY, 27, to fraudulently enter at least 10 individuals into the New York State Immunization Information System (“NYSIIS”) database. CLIFFORD and BARKLEY are charged in a Criminal Court complaint with Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the First Degree, and Conspiracy in the Fifth Degree. CLIFFORD is additionally charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the Second Degree. Thirteen individuals who purchased the cards — all of whom are believed to work in frontline and essential-employee settings, including hospitals and nursing homes – were also charged.
