Andover Police found the bodies this week at the Andover Subacute and Rehabilitation Center I and II in Sussex County, in northern New Jersey.

Rutgers will weather this storm, but our university—and indeed all of higher education—confronts perhaps the greatest academic and operational challenge in its history.
I am writing now to share with you the immediate strategy for the University as we respond to the effects of the pandemic. In what follows I will outline for you the urgent steps we are taking to mitigate the financial effects of COVID-19, as well as our approach to financial planning for fiscal year 2021.
