Harrisburg Pa, a Pennsylvania state court issued an injunction Wednesday blocking any potential further certification of election results in the state, pending a hearing to be held Friday.

Linwood NJ, On Wednesday, September 1st, the Singh for Senate Campaign filed an official contest of the U.S. Senate Primary.
One of the key issues in the contest points out that New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy has violated Article 1, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution by taking it upon himself to arbitrarily impose on the state the manner in which the election is conducted, a power that is vested in the hands of the state legislature.

Paterson NJ, Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal today announced voting fraud charges against Paterson City Councilman Michael Jackson, Councilman-Elect Alex Mendez, and two other men in connection with the May 12, 2020 special election in the City of Paterson.
All four men are charged with criminal conduct involving mail-in ballots during the election. The investigation by the Attorney General’s Office of Public Integrity & Accountability (OPIA) began when the U.S. Postal Inspection Service alerted the Attorney General’s Office that hundreds of mail-in ballots were found in a mailbox in Paterson. Numerous additional ballots were found in a mailbox in nearby Haledon. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all voting in May 12 elections in New Jersey was done by mail-in ballots.
“Fixing” ballots after an election deadline is a recipe for disaster.
The point of an election is to confer power to someone voted for by a plurality of the electorate — the candidate with the most votes. An equally important point is to convince the supporters of the loser that the winner deserved to win — that the count was fair and unbiased.

Trenton NJ, In light of new reports that State law enforcement officials are investigating a number of vote-by-mail ballots cast after polls closed in Tuesday’s Cedar Grove municipal election, District 40 lawmakers Senator Kristin Corrado and Assemblymen Kevin Rooney and Christopher DePhillips today announced that they will introduce new legislation to upgrade penalties and bar anyone from filing official and completed absentee ballots after polls close on Election Day.

Be careful when you’re meeting new people in the nation’s capital and elsewhere, because you could be a prime target for foreign spies.
That’s the warning FBI agents gave to presidential campaign staffers Wednesday during two separate security briefings in Washington, D.C., according to sources.
While the briefings were portrayed as routine, they come amid increasingly aggressive efforts by foreign governments to access U.S. secrets and potentially influence upcoming elections here.

The head of the Federal Election Commission (FEC) said in an article published Sunday that her organization is powerless to safeguard against misconduct in 2016 presidential campaign fundraising and spending.
“The likelihood of the law being enforced is slim,” FEC Chairwoman Ann M. Ravel told The New York Times.
“I never want to give up, but I’m not under any illusions,” Ravel said.
“People think the FEC is dysfunctional,” she added. “It’s worse than dysfunctional.”
Ravel told the newspaper that the commission’s partisan gridlock is its fatal flaw. The agency’s six commissioners often find themselves locked in unbreakable ties along ideological lines, she added.
Ravel, a Democrat, vowed she would “bridge the partisan gap” upon becoming the agency’s leader last December. Five months later, she finds herself embroiled in the exact conflict she hoped to avoid.
“What’s really going on is that the Republican commissioners don’t want to enforce the law, except in the most obvious cases,” she told the Times.
