While out on area familiarization, members of Hackensack Fire Department’s Engine Company 1 were flagged down to assist the store manager, who found himself in a heated argument with a disgruntled ex-boyfriend of one of his employees.

At approximately 8:51 a.m., the Hackensack Police Department responded to a 911 call from CareOne Wellington. Responding officers found 72-year-old Patricia Zaccario and 75-year-old Michael Zaccario (both of Wood-Ridge) deceased with apparent gunshot wounds.
