Republican Candidate Rosemary Becchi Blasts Job Killing PRO Act

Morristown NJ,  The economy-killing agenda behind the so-called Protecting the Right to Organize Act cannot be obfuscated by its lofty title. By design, this bill eliminates the business franchise model that employs more than 7 million Americans and contributes nearly $675 Billion to our national economy. Under the guise of expanding worker rights, this legislation destroys entrepreneurship, specifically the ability of Americans to open and own small businesses under a national brand. The bill also expands the equally destructive schemes in New Jersey and elsewhere to end the ability of Americans to operate as independent contractors, from single parents working as on-line college professors to independent truck drivers and self-employed writers or special education instructors. Mikie Sherrill continues to fail the people of the 11th District by following Nancy Pelosi’s agenda and supporting bills that restrict the ability of Americans to achieve the American dream.  It’s time to put the people of New Jersey 11th first.

LET’S DO IT JON! WHY NOT! If Ukrainian comedian Zelensky with zero political experience can become a president of a large nation. If a former Hollywood actor Reagan could become a governor and later the President of the United States. Why on earth a Yale educated trial lawyer and comedian can’t become a governor of New Jersey. Let’s give a try. What Do We Have to Lose? Right?

Ridgewood NJ, Senate Republican Leader Tom Kean and Senator Michael Testa’s legislation to boost support for the arts through allowing alcohol sales at small, non-profit theaters has been signed into law.

“This law will encourage more New Jerseyans to go their local theater where they can grab a drink, sit back, and enjoy the show,” said Kean (R-21). “Giving small theaters the opportunity to serve alcohol opens an untapped revenue stream to support plays and performances. This will increase foot traffic and ticket sales, and bolster non-profit theater’s bottom lines across the Garden State.”

TRENTON NJ , Assemblyman Robert Auth blasted Governor Phil Murphy for his spending plans despite the state’s nation-worst fiscal position.

“The smoke and mirror State of the State address was another example of Governor Murphy’s abject denial of our current financial situation,” said Auth(R-Bergen). “We are currently fifty out of fifty in fiscal stability, two-hundred-nine billion dollars in the red and he’s extolling the virtues of excessive spending and bloated government. Even members of his own party were incredulous after the speech.”
