Ridgewood NJ, it is being reported that multiple Ridgewood Firefighters have tested positive for COVID19 and it is being alleged that currently covid testing is being dissuaded by Village management with alleged threats to withhold health insurance payments for testing and sick days .

Ridgewood NJ, Members of Ridgewood FD Engine Company #35 assisted a Cedar Avenue, Ridgewood resident whose dog accidentally became locked inside of a 4-door Buick sedan on Friday morning, 03/10. The vehicle was undamaged during the rescue process and the dog was happy to see the waiting firefighters.
Ridgewood NJ, Ridgewood shortly after 11 AM on Sunday, 09/11. Fire department personnel from Glen Rock, HoHoKus, and Waldwick assisted Ridgewood units at the scene. All occupants of the home were safely evacuated by Ridgewood PD officers prior to the arrival of firefighters. No one was injured in the blaze, however the house sustained damage that rendered it temporarily uninhabitable.
