Hello Ridgewood, If you notice some lamps and lights and firecrackers tonight and tomorrow night at some of your neighbor’s homes, they are most likely celebrating the festival of lights, called Diwali. The main Diwali festival is tomorrow, Sunday, October 27th, when we lit lamps to celebrate the victory of good over evil and victory of lights over darkness. This year is special as Ridgewood schools have declared “no homework / no test” policy for this weekend
Who requested and who authorized the use of reserves to be marked as a donation? What was the amount? What meetings and discussions took place to determine this course of action, and who were the participants of that meeting?
Who proposed and who authorized the donation from Friends? What allows Friends to use donated funds in ways other than what is indicated on the webpage?
“Please, try Responding to the SPECIFIC ISSUE at hand instead of TROLLING w/ meaningless brain-dead comments. There are tons of AWESOME volunteer coaches in Ridgewood. Baseball is tons of FUN. The kids have a blast… and most, and I stress, “MOST” of the coaches are WONDERFUL people. The question is not RAKES, TENNIS RACQUETS or VOLUNTEERING… the question at HAND is SAFETY TRAINING FINANCIALS across almost a DECADE of the RBSA’s Form 990 tax returns.

Pictured are Lt Jordan Zales President of the Golf Committee FF Chris Mead and FMBA President Jason Jacoby along with Dianne Grossman who is Mallory’s mom and the head of the organization. Being able to give back to our community and help blue out bullying is very special to our organization.
“If Gwenn and Brogan are on this committee you know that: – the truth is going to be a rare commodity, – facts will take a backseat to personal/special interests, and – in the end, residents are gonna get shafted “

Some key points… * How could RPL ask for $3.7 million when the cap is $200/psf and the building is noted as 34k sf? * Most don’t want the prominent stairs. Don’t take my word for it. Do your own research. You are signing off on the project after all. * Teen center should be much bigger if that is a key reason for the reno. * We should find a more flow effective way of ushering light into the place. The light fixture is better these days. * Library is about reading and learning. Books are core to that process. It is about books, then other elements and aspects work around it. * Auditorium expands to alleviate a few standing rooms only shows makes zero sense.
Thank you.

“RBSA Corruption PART 3: SAFETY TRAINING & INSTRUCTION – “THE SMOKING GUN!”
While the RBSA could meet NJ’s LEGAL SAFETY TRAINING REQUIREMENTS for around 10k per year, they are generating, on AVERAGE, $50k/YEAR in REVENUE and $150k/YEAR in EXPENSE for SAFETY TRAINING and INSTRUCTION…
That’s a MONSTER COST and an even BIGGER NET LOSS! Seems CRIMINAL to me….
Who is writing checks for TRAINING? Who is getting paid off this TRAINING? Who is performing this TRAINING?!? Why is the RBSA’s SAFETY TRAINING operating at a HUGE NEGATIVE MARGIN?!? Why did the RBSA report -$0- in REV/EXPENSE for 2014/2015?
Is SAFETY TRAINING an ENGINE for KICKBACKS? Is SAFETY TRAINING being conducted in HAWAII?!? Does SAFETY TRAINING include EXPENSIVE SCOTCH, GOLF and CIGARS?!??
I don’t know. I don’t care…where there’s SMOKE there’s FIRE…
It is my position that the RBSA is the MOST CORRUPT 501c3 YOUTH BASEBALL ORGANIZATION in the UNITED STATES of AMERICA….
