Optimus Humanoid Robot Struts It’s Stuff

Ridgewood NJ, Tesla’s latest clip of its Optimus humanoid robot shows it smoothly walking around one of its testing facilities. The robot can currently walk at around 0.6 meters per second, a 30% speed boost compared to the robot’s last appearance. Tesla is aiming for the robot to be eventually able to walk up to five miles per hour.

Woodcliff Lake Women Celebrates her 104th Birthday

Woodcliff Lake NJ, a Bergen County woman turned 104 years old yesterday and she shared her tips to living a long life. Sadie Murphy lives at the Woodcliff Lake Health & Rehabilitation Center. Her family celebrated her milestone with a big cake. Murphy says walking everywhere and drinking brandy Alexander cocktails has contributed to her living a long life. Sounds like a good sense of humor is also part of the mix.

Absolutely a Gorgeous Fall Walking Experience on the Dunham Trail in Ridgewood

Ridgewood NJ, resident Boyd Loving  took some scenic shots of fall colors on Dunham Trail in  Ridgewood . Dunham Trail is a 2.4 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located in Ridgewood,  that features a waterfall and is good for all hiking skill levels. The trail is primarily used for walking, running, bird watching, and road biking and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
