The Wyckoff Police Department will be taking a zero tolerance approach to enforcing this law which provides a safety measure for motorists and the occupants in their vehicles. The enforcement shall include fixed check-points and roving patrols. This enforcement occurs on all roadways in the Township in order to enforce compliance of seatbelt usage.

Enforcing seatbelt laws plays a critical role in the WPD’s effort in keeping motorists traveling on Wyckoff roadways safe.
