Cresskill NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrests of AARON PERRY (DOB 7/19/1969) of Dunwoody, Georgia; ALI MUHAMMAD (DOB: 4/04/1989) of Atlanta, Georgia; KEDRAIN BURDETTE (DOB: 7/08/1971) of Marietta, Georgia; RODERICK CARMICHAEL (DOB: 1/03/1972) of Stockbridge, Georgia; and TAURUS SANCHEZ BOONE (DOB: 2/08/1981) of Atlanta, Georgia on charges related to an armed home invasion/attempted murder/shooting investigation in Cresskill, NJ. The arrests are the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office (“BCPO”) under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Cresskill Police Department (“CPD”) under the direction of Chief James Domville.

Inflation Decelerates to 7.1% in November

Inflation continues to slow but prices are  still doubling every 10.14 years

Washington DC, (8:34am) the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) rose 0.1 percent in November on a seasonally adjusted basis, after increasing 0.4 percent in October, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today. Over the last 12 months, the all items index increased 7.1 percent before seasonal adjustment. The index for shelter was by far the largest contributor to the monthly all items increase, more than offsetting decreases in energy indexes. The food index increased 0.5 percent over the month with the food at home index also rising 0.5 percent.

Ballet Arts “The Nutcracker ” Performed with a Full Orchestra at River Dell Senior High School in Oradell

Oradell NJ, this year, Ballet Arts’ annual performance of The Nutcracker came with an early holiday gift ,a live orchestral music. Ballet Arts, a premiere dance school serving the New York and New Jersey area,  partnered with Adelphi Orchestra for its first-ever ballet with concert musicians. The ballet was held at River Dell Senior High School (RDHS) on Saturday, December 10th and Sunday, December 11th.

Driver Trapped After Collision With Tree in Fair Lawn

Fair Lawn NJ, a single vehicle Monday afternoon, 12/12, collision involving a 4-door sedan vs. a large shade tree in the 300 block of Plaza Road North, Fair Lawn, resulted in the vehicle’s driver becoming entrapped within. Members of the Fair Lawn Rescue Squad extricated the victim, who subsequently refused medical treatment. The vehicle was removed from the scene by a flatbed tow truck. Fair Lawn Police, Fair Lawn Fire Company #4, Fair Lawn EMS, and Fair Lawn Heavy Rescue responded to the incident.
