How To Properly Declutter Before Moving

Packing and moving unnecessary clutter you accumulated over the years only to throw it away once you get to your new place doesn’t make sense. Add to that equation the cost of a moving company, and it will be clear that it’s time to declutter! 

And think about it — moving to an entirely new place should give you a fresh start. Maybe you also want to add a sprinkle of fresh decor. Holding onto old items you haven’t used for ages doesn’t do you any good. Plus, decluttering will also bring you down memory lane before leaping into a big transition period.

Governor Murphy Announces Vaccine Mandate for Workers in Health Care Facilities and High-Risk Congregate Settings

Trenton NJ, Governor Phil Murphy today announced that all workers in certain state and private health care facilities and high-risk congregate settings will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or be subject to COVID-19 testing at minimum one to two times per week. This requirement will help increase protection against the spread of COVID-19, including the highly transmissible Delta variant, to vulnerable populations who have been hardest hit during the pandemic.

Landscaper Stumbles on Highly Intoxicated Passed out Women in Glen Rock

Glen Rock NJ, on Friday July 23rd at 5:01 PM a landscaping contractor reported to Glen Rock Police finding a woman passed out on the 400 block of Grove Street. Glen Rock and Ridgewood Police officers located the subject, a 58-year-old homeless woman, in a highly intoxicated state.  She was transported by ambulance to Bergen New Bridge Medical Center in Paramus for detox.

An 11-year-old Boy on a Bicycle Hit by A Car Attempting to Cross Rutland Road in Glen Rock

Glen Rock NJ, Glen Rock Police report on Friday July 23rd at 1:19 PM , an 11-year-old boy with a bicycle was attempting to cross Rutland Road at Doremus Avenue in a marked crosswalk when he was struck by a vehicle. The boy was not seriously injured, and his parent refused medical aid. An officer who was nearby and witnessed the boy being struck issued a summons to the operator of the vehicle, a 76-year-old Hawthorne man, for failing to stop for a pedestrian.

Senator Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) tested positive quickly jolted through the Capitol and sparked an hours-long scramble to figure out who else might have been exposed, which only escalated after sources confirmed that the South Carolina Republican attended an outdoor event on Sen. Joe Manchin’s (D-W.Va.) houseboat over the weekend with other senators.
