Tri-state Airports See Surge in Passenger Volume

Newark NJ, The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey today announced its commercial airports continued seeing a surge in passenger volume, recording the busiest first four months of the year ever. The milestone was capped by the second-busiest busiest April of all time. Likewise, the Port of New York and New Jersey recorded its fifth consecutive month of year-over-year growth, surpassing 700,000 TEUs (twenty-foot equivalent units) in April. Traffic volume at bridges and tunnels maintained a robust pace, while passenger volume at the PATH commuter rail continued to grow above 2023 levels, holding steady at roughly 70 percent or pre-COVID ridership.

Ridgewood Sophomore Places 5th In Bergen County Individual Golf Championship

Ridgewood NJ, the boys #GolfMaroons finished 3rd in North 1 Group 4, tying for 5th in the County Tournament. Sophomore Braden Bhalla is pictured making his last putt on the 18th hole (36th total hole) at White Beeches CC in the Bergen County Individual Championship and he claimed 5th overall with a total score of 146. He also represented RHS in the State Tournament of Champions, finishing 6th in Group 4 and tied for 30th overall.

Littljohn was charged with a single count of stealing tax returns, even though the DOJ initially stated that he had stolen up to 15 years’ worth of returns from thousands of taxpayers.
