Total snow accumulations of 5 to 9 inches with amounts upwards around 10 inches possible across the higher elevations. Portions of southern Connecticut, northeast New Jersey and southeast New York. * From late Monday night through Tuesday afternoon. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
