4-door Sedan Hits Tree head-on in Paramus ,Driver Rushed to Hackensack University Medical Center

Paramus NJ, a 4-door sedan crashed head-on into a tree on West Ridgewood Avenue near Paramus Road late Wednesday morning, 07/05. Paramus Police ESU officers quickly extricated the vehicle’s lone occupant (driver), who was immediately attended to by Paramus EMS members. The victim was transported to Hackensack University Medical Center’s main campus with the assistance of a paramedic team from The Valley Hospital. A flatbed tow truck removed the wreckage. Paramus Police officers at the scene did not say what caused the driver to lose control and hit the tree head on.

Ridgewood NJ, the local traditions of putting chairs out to mark your spot before the the 4th of July parade goes back as far as we can remember . While the rain held and the parade was a major success , this year we have had some unfortunate developments. First there have been numerous complains of chairs having been stolen ,more than we can ever remember  and  the second  disheartening development is the trend of people failing to clean up after themselves and take home their chairs after the festivities as well as police their garbage.
