Ridgewood NJ, WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM TO 7 PM EST SATURDAY. Snow expected, along with the refreezing of wet surfaces. Rain, snow, and sleet, becoming all snow after 11am. The rain, snow, and sleet could be heavy at times. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches.
Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. Effecting portions of northeast New Jersey, southern Connecticut and southeast New York. From 8 AM to 7 PM EST Saturday.
Temperature falling to around 22 by 5pm. Wind chill values between 5 and 15. Breezy, with a light and variable wind becoming north 19 to 24 mph in the morning.
Plan on slippery road conditions. Expect temperatures will fall quickly during the day Saturday resulting in a quick freezing of any standing water resulting in difficult travel. Slow down and use caution while traveling.
