Non-White Ridgewood Board of Education Candidates and Trustees Targeted Over “No Kids in School” but Long time White Trustee Gets Free Pass

Ridgewood NJ, the hot debate in the Village of Ridgewood is whether school board trustees should have kids in school or not. While the question never arises over long term trustee Sheila Brogan who is white certain “non white” candidates and trustees have been targeted by the teacher union candidates . Sheila Brogan was also charged with and ethics violation , lost the appeal  the status of which is currently being covered up the Ridgewood Board of Education.

River Edge NJ, The PowerPoint presentation focuses on Paterson as the First Planned Industrial City in the United States founded in 1792 by Alexander Hamilton and the Society for Useful Manufactures. We will explore the City’s history from the creation of the land, approximately 250 million years ago, the first inhabitants (Paleo-Indians through Lenape), the Early European Settlements, the Revolution War, the establishment of the S.U.M., and the major industries that made Paterson world renowned, Silk, Locomotives and Airplane Engine production. An examination of the technologies and people behind these great industries will be highlighted. The talk will conclude with the designation of the National Historical Park and the current developments.

Barnes & Noble in Paramus Will open its doors on Black Friday

Paramus NJ, Barnes & Noble in Paramus has announced the official opening date for its new location. The bookstore will open its doors on Black Friday, November 24th, at 634 Route 17 North. This reopening comes eight months after the closure of its former location, which had been in operation for 30 years. The ribbon-cutting ceremony at 9 a.m. will be attended by Joseph Simmons, also known as DJ Run from Run-DMC, and Harlan Coben, an author and Ridgewood resident. Janine Flanigan, the chain’s senior director of store planning & design, confirmed the date and mentioned that the new one-story space, spanning 35,000 square feet, will be comparable to the previous two-story building located just a mile to the north on Route 17.

Westwood NJ, Fritz Dietl was the founder and owner of the Fritz Dietl Ice Skating Rink. He was born on July 11, 1911 in Vienna, Austria and held Master’s Degree in Engineering.
