Amazon to Offer A high-tech Shopping experience with New Clothing Stores

Ridgewood NJ, Amazon is opening a clothing store in Los Angeles later this year. Amazon Style will feature clothes with prices catering to a wide range of shoppers. Customers will be able to use their phones to scan items to be delivered to a counter or fitting room. Once in a fitting room, customers can use a touchscreen display to request different sizes or more styles to be delivered without having to leave the room. Shoppers will be able to use the Amazon One palm-scanning system to pay during checkout.

White-Tailed Deer Exposed Coronavirus

Ridgewood NJ, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) recently completed a study that analyzed serum samples from free-ranging white-tailed deer for antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19). Results of the study indicate that certain white-tailed deer populations in Illinois, Michigan, New York, and Pennsylvania were exposed to SARS-CoV-2.

No injuries Reported in Collision at the Intersection of South Maple Ave and Dayton Street Ridgewood

Ridgewood NJ, no injuries reported in a collision between a mini van and Tesla sedan at the intersection of South Maple Ave and Dayton St, Ridgewood at approximately 8:30 AM on Saturday, 01/22. Ridgewood  firefighters attended to a crash related fluid spill from the mini van. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Ridgewood Police ‘s Patrol Division investigated the crash.

Friday Morning Head-on Collision in Ridgewood Sends One Driver to Valley Hospital

Ridgewood NJ, a Friday morning, 01/21, head-on, two (2) vehicle collision at the intersection of West Ridgewood Avenue and North Monroe Street, Ridgewood resulted in one (1) driver requiring ambulance transportation to The Valley Hospital, and one (1) crash related summons being issued by Ridgewood Police. Both heavily damaged vehicles were removed from the scene by a flatbed tow truck. Ridgewood Fire  firefighters attended to a crash related fluid spill. Ridgewood Police, Ridgewood Fire Department, Ridgewood EMS, and a paramedic team from The Valley Hospital responded to the incident.

Grasso is a senior Maroon football player, was given two tickets to Super Bowl LVI courtesy of the New York Jets at a press conference at MetLife Stadium on Wednesday morning.

50% of Voters Rate Biden’s First Year ‘Very Unsuccessful’

Ridgewood NJ, President Joe Biden’s first year in office has been a failure, according to a majority of voters who say the Democrat has left the country more divided than when he was inaugurated.

A new national telephone and online survey by Rasmussen Reports finds that just 12% of Likely U.S. voters rate Biden’s first year in office Very Successful, while another 26% say his first year as president has been Somewhat Successful. Ten percent (10%) believe Biden has been Somewhat Unsuccessful during his first year in office, while 50% rate his first year Very Unsuccessful. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

Ridgewood NJ, With traffic congestion costing U.S. drivers an average of 36 hours and $564 during 2021, the personal-finance website WalletHub today released its report on 2022’s Best & Worst States to Drive in, New Jersey surprisingly did not do as poorly as expected . We all noticed the increasing congestion and massive  traffic backup’s on Route 4 and Route 17 . New Jersey placed 38 overall with a score of  53.75 . We ranked 36th in cost of ownership,  48th Traffic & Infrastructure and amazingly ,ranked  4th in safety.

Voters Reject ‘Great Reset’ Agenda

Ridgewood NJ, Business should focus on traditional goals like consumer service and profit, rather than the social justice and environmentalist agenda of the “Great Reset” movement, most voters believe.

A new Heartland Institute and Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 45% of Likely U.S. voters believe the highest priority for businesses should be providing individual consumers with high quality products and services at the lowest prices. Another 23% think businesses should prioritize providing good benefits and pay to employees, and 14% say earning a profit to benefit shareholders or owners should be the top priority. Only nine percent (9%) of voters think trying to stop climate change should be the top priority for business, and a mere one percent (1%) think using business resources to pursue social justice causes should be a top priority.
