Have you ever felt as though you’ve been undervalued in a job role and don’t understand why? Many employees find themselves in this situation on a daily basis and it’s nothing to do with the fact they aren’t doing their job correctly. It’s usually down to the fact that the person leading the team doesn’t know how to give feedback and inform their team members on how to improve and drive for better results. If you feel that you fit into either one of these categories, then try not to worry, there’s plenty of time to learn and improve how you can get the most out of yourself and your team.
TRENTON NJ, Governor Phil Murphy today announced Executive Order 118, closing all state parks and forests and county parks to further social distancing measures.
“My Administration’s top priority is to flatten the curve of new COVID-19 cases, so we do not create a surge within our health care systems and overwhelm the health care professionals who are managing our response on the frontlines,” said Governor Murphy. “We have seen far too many instances in our parks where people are gathering and socializing in groups and by closing these areas, we are further limiting public interactions to only the most essential purposes. Data shows that our aggressive efforts to flatten the curve are beginning to make a difference; however, we must continue our push to flatten it to the point where our day-over-day increase is zero.”
Under Executive Order No. 108 (2020), municipalities still have the authority to keep municipal parks open or closed.
The order shall take effect on Tuesday, April 7, at 8:00 p.m.

Teeth are one of the most important yet underrated parts of the human body. We notice it on ourselves and other people every single day. In fact, it does not take long after meeting new people for us to notice whether they have good teeth or not. Teeth are right in our plane of view and we often are drawn to someone who has wonderfully superior pearly whites.
Mahwah NJ, Frank Pallotta, Republican candidate for New Jersey’s Fifth Congressional District, made the following statement in response to United States Senators Robert Menendez and Cory Booker’s announcement last week that local governments in Sussex and Warren Counties would not receive any money from the First Wave of Federal Funding from the COVID-19 Emergency Stimulus Package. Under the Obama-era, pre-pandemic formula adopted by the Democrats, Congress failed to allocate any of the $82 million in grants to assist communities in New Jersey to Sussex and Warren Counties.
“It is unacceptable that any of our hard-hit communities would be left out under the stimulus bill. New Jersey sends more than its fair share to the federal government only to be given the short shrift during one of the most challenging times in our history. Josh Gottheimer was silent when Nancy Pelosi loaded the bill with far-left Green New Deal proposals and then came home empty-handed. We need a Congressman that will make all of District 5 a priority in a National emergency, instead of treating certain parts of the district as if it were an afterthought.”
