It is an emotionally draining process, and it is hard to avoid the sense of utter humiliation and defeat that comes with it. Besides the psychological impact, the whole ordeal is rather disquieting given the legal and financial fallouts, the level of paperwork involved, and so on. If you are staring down a tunnel of impending bankruptcy, it might help to hire a lawyer right away.
“River Vale NJ, Assemblywoman Holly Schepisi commented on the ticketing of peaceful protesters Last Saturday Jennifer Rogers, a small business owner held a peaceful rally in Randolph, NJ to call attention to the plight of small business owners struggling to survive as a result of Governor Murphy’s Executive Orders keeping businesses shut indefinitely with no guidance. Friday, Jennifer Rogers received two summonses carrying significant fines against her for organizing the peaceful rally just one week ago. The summonses were for violating Governor Murphy’s Executive Orders by organizing the protest.Guess who today violated his own Executive Orders just several towns away? Yup, Governor Murphy, who proudly marched in several protests while blatantly ignoring his own social distancing requirements. While the two types of protests are admittedly very different in content, not only is it hypocritical but It is also unconstitutional to fine one protest over another based upon content.”
