Trenton NJ, Donald J. Trump for President, Inc., along with the Republican National Committee and the New Jersey Republican Party, filed suit Tuesday night to invalidate Governor Phil Murphy’s Executive Order 177. This unconstitutional order violates New Jerseyans’ 14th Amendment right to vote, as well as the Elections Clause and the Electors Clause of the U.S. Constitution. The unlawful power grab by New Jersey Democrats has demonstrably opened the state’s election system up to fraud and will lead to the disenfranchisement of New Jersey voters. In defense of free and fair elections, the Trump Campaign cannot allow for Democrat party bosses to undermine the integrity of our democracy.

“River Vale NJ, Assemblywoman Holly Schepisi commented on the ticketing of peaceful protesters Last Saturday Jennifer Rogers, a small business owner held a peaceful rally in Randolph, NJ to call attention to the plight of small business owners struggling to survive as a result of Governor Murphy’s Executive Orders keeping businesses shut indefinitely with no guidance. Friday, Jennifer Rogers received two summonses carrying significant fines against her for organizing the peaceful rally just one week ago. The summonses were for violating Governor Murphy’s Executive Orders by organizing the protest.Guess who today violated his own Executive Orders just several towns away? Yup, Governor Murphy, who proudly marched in several protests while blatantly ignoring his own social distancing requirements. While the two types of protests are admittedly very different in content, not only is it hypocritical but It is also unconstitutional to fine one protest over another based upon content.”

U.S. Department of Justice says Obamacare individual mandate unconstitutional

Washington DC, The U.S. Department of Justice said on Thursday that the part of Obamacare requiring individuals to have health insurance aka the individual mandate is unconstitutional. This should be interesting to New Jersey voters with the recent signing by Governor Phil Murphy of a rule requiring the enforcement of the individual mandates and thereby fining individuals without insurance .

In a brief filed in a federal court in Texas, the department said a tax law signed last year by President Donald Trump that eliminated penalties for not having health insurance rendered the so-called individual mandate under Obamacare unconstitutional.
The Justice Department said that also nullifies two other major provisions of Obamacare linked to the individual mandate, including one barring insurance companies from denying coverage to people with pre-existing conditions.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions, in a letter to House of Representatives Speaker Paul Ryan, said he had determined the individual mandate will be unconstitutional when the tax law becomes effective in 2019.

Wikipedia head: NSA spying is unconstitutional

By Julian Hattem – 03/20/15 01:05 PM EDT

The co-founder of the world’s sixth most popular website thinks that the National Security Agency’s Internet spying is not only illegal but violates core provisions of the Constitution.

While explaining the rationale behind Wikipedia’s lawsuit against the spy agency on Friday, Jimmy Wales hoped that the legal action would lead to a landmark ruling declaring new limits on government’s spying powers.

The “minimum acceptable” result of the case, Wales said in a conversation on Reddit, would be to find that the NSA’s massive collection of data on the Internet’s backbone was illegal.
