Trenton NJ, Attorney General’s Office runs cover for Murphy Administration and Hudson prosecutors office dropping the ball on Alvarez rape allegations.
Statement of Communications Director Sharon Lauchaire :
The Attorney General’s Office has well-established procedures for addressing conflict-of-interest issues involving County Prosecutor’s Offices. These procedures apply not only to cases involving actual conflicts of interest, but also to those involving perceived or potential conflicts. Generally speaking, if a County Prosecutor believes that there is or may be a conflict of interest in a particular criminal matter, he or she may request that the Division of Criminal Justice (DCJ) “supersede” – or assume responsibility for – that matter. If DCJ agrees to supersede, then DCJ either handles the case itself or assigns it to another County Prosecutor’s Office.
Hahaha, here is a definition of an ombudsman: “someone whose job is to deal with complaints that people make about an organization or particular type of business” Oh my god, so Paul Aronsohn is taking complaints and dealing with them, what the heck? He is the most insensitive, nasty man ever, remember how he was for our 8 years of hell when he was on the council, sniping at people, writing nasty emails, screaming at Bernadette Walsh and Tom Riche, then at Susan, remember how he tried to kill Mike Sedon’s candidacy by contacting his employer, oh man, the list goes on and on. What the heck was Murphy thinking putting THIS man in charge of helping anyone, most especially those with disabilities.
Jersey City NJ,Katie Brennan spent more than a year trying to get authorities to take action against the man she accuses of sexually assaulting her. Finally, she emailed New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy.
Ridgewood NJ, Governor Phil Murphy is facing continued questions over his hiring practices after a pair of former campaign workers who joined his administration recently left amid scandal, and a third was suspended for using raw language on social media. The BLOG would like to know when Murphy will wise up and get rid of local philanderer Paul Aronsohn, who was hired by our governor to be the Ombudsman for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities and their families.
I am SHOCKED. This is depressing. I never knew this can happen in Ridgewood. These things do not happen in the Bronx in the middle of the day let alone a small, cozy town in Bergen County. If this has been happening on a regular basis why is no one arrested? Why can’t there be hidden cameras in these places? If there is no punishment things will get worse.
And I am sorry but continually advising people to not leave stuff in their cars is insulting. It is suggesting we have to accept crime as a normal thing and accept that we have no power over criminals.
Hackensack NJ, ever since the Democrat sheriff of Bergen County, N.J., and four of his senior officers resigned , one day after a recording surfaced of the sheriff making virulently racist comments to his staff. Sheriff Michael Saudino could be heard bad-mouthing African Americans, the state’s Sikh attorney general, and Lt. Gov. Sheila Oliver in comments recorded in January. The recording, which documented Saudino grousing about Gov. Murphy’s inauguration speech, was released Thursday by WNYC.
Its seems the Democrat party in New Jersey has been on a Racist binge :
TRENTON, NJ– Today, AFSCME Local 3790 union members filed a lawsuit against New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy and Attorney General Gurbir Grewal, challenging the constitutionality of Assembly Bill A3686 – misleadingly titled the “Workplace Democracy Enhancement Act” – signed into law on May 17th. The key argument underlying the case is whether or not government employees have a constitutional right at any time to: (1) leave a union; and (2) end financial support to it.

Wyckoff NJ, The Republican-led Wyckoff Township Committee approved a resolution this week declaring its opposition to the creation of sanctuaries in New Jersey for illegal aliens. Trenton NJ, Gov. Phil Murphy would have us believe he struck a tremendous blow for taxpayers with this new “deal” he negotiated behind closed doors with the NJEA and other public sector union heads
The deal is no bargain for taxpayers. Although there is more evaluation that needs to be done, it is clear from what we know that the alleged savings of $500 million over two years represents a tiny drop in the bucket of the $3.4 billion that state taxpayers spend for employee health care in a year.
The reported savings by the administration and the NJEA by moving retirees from traditional Medicare supplements to Medicare advantage, is supposed to save school districts $162 million next year and $110 million in 2020. That’s virtually nothing.
River Vale NJ, Assemblywoman Holly Schepisi said today she plans to introduce legislation banning public officials convicted of corruption from holding jobs with state and local governments.
“I believe in second chances, but not when it comes to putting corrupt politicians in positions of public trust,” said Schepisi. “This is a case about public bribery.”
Reports yesterday uncovered that the Murphy administration hired a former Passaic City councilman who served time in prison for taking bribes from undercover FBI agents. Marcellus Jackson was hired to work in the Department of Education with an annual salary of $70,000 over the summer.
Trenton NJ, In a conference call with reporters earlier today, Assembly Republican Leader Jon Bramnick (R-21) expressed dismay over reports that the Murphy administration is mulling settling a pending case against the state filed by retired state Supreme Court Justice Gary Stein in May without any input from parents and school boards.
Trenton NJ, “Increasing the tax on gas and diesel by 4.3¢ a gallon is simply too much, too fast. While we understand and are accepting of the need for some type of increase in order to keep the Transportation Trust Fund solvent, this dramatic of a tax increase will hurt small businesses, families, and ultimately drive fuel sales even lower, creating the need for further excessive tax increases over the next several years” said NJGCA Executive Director Sal Risalvato.
