Motorcycle Accident: How to Ensure That the Scene of the Accident is Handled Properly?

Motorcycle Classic

Motorcycle accidents account for some of the worst traffic fatalities. Due to the reduced protection motorcycle riders have compared to car drivers, they usually end up with severe injuries from accidents. Furthermore, motorcycle accident cases are usually more challenging to resolve. Opposing parties often succeed in making motorcycle riders take the blame for the crash, even if this wasn’t the case. If you are a motorcycle rider yourself, you know how unfair this can be. Just because you prefer a riskier vehicle than the traditional car does not mean that you do not know how to adhere to the proper safety measures and protect yourself.

Trenton NJ,  Police shoot less when they have the right training. That’s why Assemblymen Brian Bergen and Gordon Johnson introduced bi-partisan legislation Thursday to dramatically improve police training in New Jersey.

“Police officers only reach for their weapon as a last resort. Without proper self-defense training, it becomes the last resort faster than it needs to,” said Bergen (R-Morris), who served eight years in combat after graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point. “I am keenly aware as a former soldier that in most difficult situations we fall to our highest level of training. Right now there are no training requirements beyond the academy for self-defense in an officer’s 25-year career and that is a scary thought.”

Reader Explains Tinted Windows on Police Cars

ridgewood police

“How exactly does a tinted window protect a Police Officer? It’s safe bet.  BetWinner APK скачать . I think most people would have the expectation that the person(s) sitting in the front seat of Police cars would be Police.”

Most ambushes occur where tactical advantage is in the hands of the shooter. Why would you shoot at the windshield where you as the shooter can also be killed. If you cannot see inside the vehicle, what can you target? I think tints don’t go far enough, it should be mirrored. BetWinners , Again the occurrences are so frequent that vehicle manufacturers are installing tints at the factory. Both Chevrolet and Ford now have perimeter sensors for this reason.

Reader Calls Murphy’s layoff Threats “Classic Bureaucratic Strategy”

gov phil murphy nj generic 041518 1523813414516 5330616 ver1.0 640 3601

“Classic bureaucratic strategy. Pick services to shut down that have maximum impact and cause maximum distress to the public. Same strategy was used during government “shutdowns” when they closed parks to inflict as much pain as possible.

When this clown proposes a meaningful plan for coping with the revenue shortfall, then maybe start to pay attention.”

Hackensack NJ, Governor Phil Murphy signed Executive Order No. 124, establishing a process by which the Department of Corrections may grant temporary reprieve to certain at-risk inmates during the public health emergency. The Governor’s Executive Order creates the Emergency Medical Review Committee to make recommendations on which inmates should be placed on temporary home confinement through the Commissioner’s statutory furlough authority. All recommendations to place an individual on home confinement will be made after thorough review and consideration of the conditions that an individual may face in the community.“My Administration’s top priority is the health and safety of all nine million New Jerseyans, including those who are currently incarcerated,” said Governor Murphy. “The correctional setting presents unique challenges to social distancing, particularly for vulnerable populations. Allowing some of our most vulnerable individuals who do not pose a public safety threat to temporarily leave prison will protect both their health, and the health and safety of the men and women working in our correctional facilities. With this action, New Jersey will join several other states, and the federal government, in taking necessary steps to strike a balance between public health, public safety, and victims’ rights.”

Reader asks ,“What did they get out of it for lying so freely?”

“All these problems that the Village has been denying would occur are almost here. The fact that the official people in Ridgewood would constantly parrot the builders quotes when it was obvious to even a child that all these additions would include a massive influx in needs for all our services. As someone stated “What did they get out of it for lying so freely?” Paul got his first state political appointment which he hopes will lead to bigger and better things. Our present Mayor changed to becoming a real estate agent and all these new developments will benefit him. What was gained by the others happily rushing into this? Will they all be gone when reality sets in? They all HAD to know what would be the reality of all this development. What did they gain by their massive pretend ignorance?”
