” It is just a matter of time before another historical chunk of RW is swallowed by builders. I see a lot of people on Facebook expressing concern about this site, about how Ridgewood is losing its character, etc. However, I would like to remind that many of them either voted for Aronsohn or happily embraced the garage and the new apartment buildings. So I am sorry but you should have used your brain a little more and think about long term consequences. You’re seeing just the start of an avalanche of buildings, subdivisions, etc. that will totally transform Ridgewood to some XYZ city place. “

Reader says, “The 9/11 terrorists were able to live in neighborhoods and hatch their dangerous plots because they knew neighbors ignore neighbors”

"Our Gang" aka The Little Rascals"

“The fact that neighbors are no longer neighborly, that we cannot knock on a neighbor’s door; that we do not know our neighbors is very different from many years ago when neighborhoods were friendly; times have indeed changed. The situation now is dangerous. The 9/11 terrorists were able to live in neighborhoods and hatch their dangerous plots because they knew neighbors ignore neighbors.

Also, neighbors not knowing and being unfriendly to neighbors, increases social isolation; very dangerous because teens more likely to take drugs and alcohol when they alienated, and they will feel alienated in an unfriendly neighborhood.

The above comment about hate is what America does not need. Again it stems from alienation. The comment is an example of social media bullying”

In today’s highly-competitive market, how you handle a commercial property is not only essential for maintaining your current business, but it’s also key to generating new revenue. Unlike regular buildings, commercial properties are expected to offer more advanced features that are specifically tailored to the renters’ needs. This makes commercial building management a completely different task from the simple building maintenance.

If you’re looking for tips to effectively manage your commercial property, you came to the right place!

1- Insure Your Building

With the growing popularity of commercial buildings across the world, especially around heavily populated areas like New Jersey, insurance coverage is now more important than ever. The insurance agents at the Insurance Center of North Jersey clarify that while commercial buildings offer exceptional versatility for owners and tenants alike, they also come with their own unique challenges. This calls for special insurance coverage to protect the property owner as well as the business owners and tenants in the building. Find out the right type of insurance for your needs and make sure that all the parties involved are covered and secured.

Reader says, “We are not the leaders anymore we are followers.”

cliff-with-Lemmings1

” It’s amazing that the police are stopping kids from playing music in the garage before the 10 PM rule and law. And yet they are not issuing a summons for cars that are parked overnight, very interesting someone’s not doing their job right. Who’s running this town what political party. Well we can say it’s getting sickening. The politics in the village of Ridgewood is running the town. What a disgrace. What a free-for-all. Can you imagine in five more years what’s going to happen to the village of Ridgewood my god no wonder people are selling their homes and moving down south. We are not the leaders anymore we are followers. I just don’t know who we are following? We are in a mess. “
