We sponsor inspiring events like the Artist Talk with Ali Stroker or the Ridgewood Come Together Beatles Event which happened last month. Knowlton Township NJ, The New Jersey State Police and the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office announce the identification of an unidentified deceased female from a 1991 Cold Case. Authorities used DNA to finally identify the body of a 1991 homicide victim in New Jersey known by her tattoo as “Tiger Lady.”

Absolutely a Gorgeous Fall Walking Experience on the Dunham Trail in Ridgewood

Ridgewood NJ, resident Boyd Loving  took some scenic shots of fall colors on Dunham Trail in  Ridgewood . Dunham Trail is a 2.4 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located in Ridgewood,  that features a waterfall and is good for all hiking skill levels. The trail is primarily used for walking, running, bird watching, and road biking and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

New Jersey Transit Police Department’s Office of Emergency Management ,First responders , and Law enforcement Conduct a Training Exercise at Wayne Route 23 Transit Center

Wayne NJ, the New Jersey Transit Police Department’s Office of Emergency Management (OEM), together with additional law enforcement and emergency response partners, conducted a training exercise on Saturday, November 20th at the Wayne Route 23 Transit Center. The exercise began around 9 am and continued for approximately 3 hours.

Ridgewood NJ, last week’s federal Producer Price Index report showed that prices for basic  goods across the country surged at a rate unseen in 31 years.

As Jared Walczak of the Tax Foundation noted in an analysis, “Inflation is often called a hidden tax, but in many states it yields a far more literal tax increase as tax brackets fail to adjust for changes in consumer purchasing power.”

Saddle River Fire Department Responds to Friday Afternoon Fire

Saddle River NJ, according to the Saddle River Fire Department at approximately 3:30pm Friday afternoon, the fire department was requested to a home in the borough for a reported structure fire. Fast arriving police units confirmed a fire on the second floor. Chief 1130 requested our 2nd alarm be dispatched to the scene. Engine 1131 arrived on scene, established a water supply and stretched an attack line quickly knocking down the fire. Thank you to all of the mutual aid who responded to the scene to assist us and covered Saddle River while we operated at this scene.
