Judge Halts Election Certification in Pennsylvania

Harrisburg Pa, a Pennsylvania state court issued an injunction Wednesday blocking any potential further certification of election results in the state, pending a hearing to be held Friday.

The order from Judge Patricia McCullough comes in the case brought by Pennsylvania voters including Rep. Mike Kelly, R-Pa., in which they allege that a state law allowing for no-excuse absentee voting violated the Pennsylvania constitution, which outlines specific cases where absentee voting is allowed.

Trump is most likely to be awarded a second term after Tuesday.  Here are the reasons from least to greatest, with a single caveat:

1.  The mainstream media has much less power to influence than it had four years earlier.  Clever sophistry has devolved into outright and outlandish lies and omissions.  With recent attempts to cover up or brush aside provable facts of corruption connected to Joe and Hunter Biden, CNN, MSNBC, et. al. have lost any last trace of journalistic credibility.  Most polls are sponsored or otherwise connected to mainstream media.

School Bus Company Charged With Fraud ,Using of Unqualified Drivers and Unsafe Buses

Paterson NJ,  Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal today announced criminal charges against the owners of an Essex County-based school bus company for allegedly providing false information to school districts to cover up the fact that the company hired unqualified drivers, failed to conduct mandatory drug testing and criminal background checks for drivers and aides, and operated unsafe buses, all in violation of contract terms and state requirements.

NJ Health Experts Warn to Take Precautions Against Mosquitoes to Safeguard Against West Nile Virus

Ridgewood NJ, As New Jersey enters the peak of West Nile Virus (WNV) season, the New Jersey Department of Health and New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection are urging residents to take precautions to protect themselves from mosquito-borne diseases by taking simple steps to reduce populations of the insect on their properties.

New Jersey now has two human cases of WNV. The first case was found in a male in his 40s from Essex County, which was reported earlier this month.  A second case was confirmed in a male in his 70s from Monmouth County.

Governor Murphy’s Insane Budget Address , Borrow and Spend Like Crazy , Raise Taxes and Blame the Feds

Trenton NJ, Governor Phil Murphy today released his revised budget proposal for Fiscal Year 2021 (FY 2021), including targeted cuts across State government, fair and equitable revenue raisers, an emergency borrowing proposal, and additional plans to invest federal funding received to date to help close what would have been a nearly $6 billion budget hole as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
