How about employees for yard waste. why are we utilizing two full-time employees when that’s a seasonal position. Talk about waste of money.
They mow Habernickel twice a week. Poor management. They do the lawn one day then a couple days later they do outside the fence and the area between sidewalk and street. Crazy waste of resources, gas and time. Parks and rec leadership sucks
Rec division absolute joke. And they march to RBSA orders
From Spring to Fall, homeowners have weekly pick up of yard waste at curbside. Includes grass clips, branches, shrubs, etc. for everyone.
And when are they going to pave W. Saddle Rd. from 117 to our border. The road has been a disgrace for so many years.
when are they going to open their eyes and force homeowners on corners to cut hedges to comply with the ordinance in place
i almost got hit the other day entering north monroe
Town should cut and leave a bill
What about repaving Ackerman Avenue? The road is a disaster.
Those roads are a Richwood FEATURE so folks know where they are………….
I called the police about a non-emergency matter and reached a recording that said the number was not in service. Twice.
Do you have your home line from your cable provider…?
West Saddle River Road was last paved when our grandson was 3. We spent many hours watching it be done. He is now 33. Isn’t that a long enough time between repaving? However, if they are actually going to do something illegal with Schedler–a certified historic property–we might need to wait until that is finished so it isn’t torn up by all the trucks illegally destroying Schedler.
Reposting because people should all get up to speak about Paul’s unethical behavior with Tapinto.
Blog comment, Oct. 20, 2021:
“Tap into Ridgewood is o/o by Jason DeAlessi. DeAlessi also owns Fuerza Strategy LLC. Fuerza Strategy was Paul’s previous PR firm. Fuerza Strategy employs Donna Abene who is th Treasure of Paul’s campaign. Paul’s campaign is being managed out of Fuerza Strategy’s Kinnelon offices . There are no dots to connect here; it’s a direct line from Tap into Ridgewood to Paul’s campaign. They are one and the same. Sleazy not to say this upfront. Tap into Ridgewood has been doing opposition pieces on the current Council, Hooban , etc. Clearly, this is being directed by the pro-garage, pro high density housing crowd (the Paulie’s, Rurik, Siobhan, etc). It’s all a matter of public record on the internet. Not hard to find this out.”

Ideally public government officials should be held to a higher standard of ethical behavior. Looks like Paul’s kingdom is crumbling and the skeleton’s are banging to get out of the closet! For the record, everyone but Lorraine suck’s bigtime!
Interesting that the first items on the council notices involve ethics and decorum.
If you worked in the G, you would know that the most corrupt offices always have highly visible ethics/codes of conduct on the walls.
I especially love the 2 agenda items related to Green Ridgewood and #23- Appoint Members to Green Ridgewood Committee:
Except, Ridgewood is being called out on social media and elsewhere for Greenwashing. What is greenwashing you ask. Greenwashing is a form of advertising or marketing spin that deceptively uses green PR and green marketing to persuade the public to actually believe that a company, in this case, Ridgewood, aims to actually be “Green” sustainable and enact policies that are environmentally friendly or less environmentally damaging than they actually are.
So I guess if you repaved in a few years maybe , Band-Aid, on top of Band-Aid just ridiculous
Hey, be thankful, you’re getting new garbage cans in the CBD.
And why are we using full-time employees to do a seasonal operation. That’s a big difference in pay isn’t it. Something doesn’t make sense.
So very true.
It will be the usual sh*tshow of BS and how they plan to waste money.
