Ridgewood NJ, Watch this short clip. Yelling at a resident, Sergeant Chuck says no dogs allowed at Habernickel park, any park. Roberta says, “it’s illegal!”
HealthBarn announces they are dog friendly and the LAW is thrown out to accommodate Stacey and her dog watering station.
Then HealthBarn lures/invites dogs, dog bites kid, the law is back again.
Can it be that the Police and Roberta (our code enforcers) don’t know the law or are they catering to Healthbarn? Either way it’s reckless and negligent.

This dog complaining is getting old. Is this the same person who suggested thata child was bit on the property?
That allegation was never backed up.
the Village manager said it at a public meeting ,are you saying Roberta lied?
If you feel it is a rumor all you have to do is tune into the village council meeting on you tube 8/3 and see the village manager announce that a child was bitten
Question is are you the same person insisting it is a rumor without doing due diligence to get the facts…
Facts are unless Roberta the town manager lied at a meeting…which you are insinuating over and over again…a child was bitten at the fault of healthbarn USA. She spoke of it at the very end as she oddly gave her healthbarn update
Just tune in and problem solved!!
And yes it is getting old just see for yourself and you will not have to comment any more!!!
I watched your clip. No dogs in the parks. I have seen dogs in village parks and on BOE fields. this law is flaunted by many residents.
Now that they are renting some of the property is the tennent allowed to have dogs on their leased area? That is the question. Do the terms of the lease change the dog rule for the Healthbarn section of the “serenity” park? If it is in the lease then ok, if not they need to remove the dog watering stations. Is the lease public record that can be accessed?
Please provide details on the child that was bitten. Was it in the police blotter?
Sergeant Chuck and Roberta are perfect together.
Here is the proof of BIG DOG byte at HealthBarn. Someone has posted on 4 different threads that it’s a rumor. It is NOT:

Flouted, not flaunted.
flaunt/ flout. Flaunt is to show off, but flout is to ignore the rules. Rebels do both — they flaunt their new pink motorcycles by popping a wheelie, and flout the law by running a r
And the whole time Roberta was speaking she was picking some kind of crud off her scalp. Such a lovely gal.
