Ridgewood NJ, Linwood Ave will be closed between Paramus Road and N Pleasant Ave. Monday 12/13 through Wednesday 12/15 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm each day a detour is in place to East Ridgewood Ave. plan an alternate route and expect delays throughout the area.

Ridgewood NJ, homicides are increasing in record-breaking numbers in cities across America. Ten major cities ALL just broke their all-time homicide records. These murders are not just occurring in Chicago and New York, but in cities otherwise considered generally safe– like in Rochester, Austin, Texas, Toledo, Baton Rouge. These are cities that, until recently, have not been immediately associated with violent crime. ABC News reported this story that included a statement saying the reasoning behind this dramatic increase in homicides is unclear.

Ridgewood NJ, the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) increased 0.8 percent in November on a seasonally adjusted basis after rising 0.9 percent in October, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today. Over the last 12 months, the all items index increased 6.8 percent before seasonal adjustment.

The Ridgewood blog has received word from sources in New York City that supply chain issues have claimed a new victim , breakfast. Bagel shop owners from New York City to the Carolinas are struggling to find cream cheese and fear the supply shortage could continue leaving bagels high and dry, per The New York Times.

When Governor Murphy raised the wedding guest limit to 150, many predicted this would be 600 plus next year; as a result, Fortune has seen a huge surge in NJ-based vendor contracts and bookings. Making up for lost time, the state is making a huge push towards finally getting its many engaged couples married. This is a great time for business, a great time for society, and all in a wonderful time to be involved in tying the knot. The culture and wedding scene of the state is helping to influence that.
