Westwood NJ, Every spring, film enthusiasts State wide eagerly anticipate the arrival of the Ridgewood Guild’s Annual International Film Festival (RIFF), a celebration of cinematic creativity and storytelling. This year, amidst changes brought on by the closure of Warner Theater, RIFF announced its temporary relocation to the charming town of Westwood, where the Westwood Theater at 182 Center Avenue will serve as the venue for the festival.

Westwood Regional High School Locked Down Over Alert System Malfunction

Westwood Board of Education Bans Video Recordings on School Premises

Westwood NJ, during the latest board meeting, the Westwood board of Education approved a policy banning the use of video recordings on school premises. In a previous meeting in June, James O’Keefe addressed the board, announcing his intention to distribute hidden cameras to parents and possibly students upon request.

The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Acting Chief Matthew Finck and the Park Ridge Police Department under the direction of Chief Joseph Madden.

Westwood  NJ, what do Bergen County Mayors, Carlos Rendo (Woodcliff Lake), Mike Ghassali (Montvale), John Glidden (Closter), Dan Pronti (North Arlington), Daniele Fede (Bogota), Ray Arroyo (Westwood), and a few others, all have in common? They are Republican Mayors in towns with more registered Democrats than Republicans. In fact, in Bergen County, where registered Democrats far outnumber Republicans, there are more Republicans serving as Mayors and Council than there are Democrats! While this might seem counterintuitive, it makes a great deal of sense.

Westwood Nj, Westwood Mayor Ray Arroyo said Westwood saw significant flooding from the January 9-10 rainstorm. The Borough received 2.66 inches, while further up the Pascack Brook, Pearl River received 3.13 inches.
