Paramus NJ, The County of Bergen, in collaboration with Bergen New Bridge Medical Center will extend their COVID-19 testing efforts by launching a new drive-thru program at Bergen Community College located at 400 Paramus Rd, Paramus, N.J.
The program will offer antigen nasal swab rapid COVID-19 tests that provide results in 24 hours or less on the following days below for the month of December:

Paramus NJ, As New Jersey’s largest community college, with approximately 15,000 students, faculty, staff and community members visiting its main campus each day, Bergen Community College has transitioned most of its fall schedule to remote online learning in the interest of health and safety and frozen tuition rates to enhance the College’s renowned affordability. The institution will offer a limited number of practice-based classes, such as those in health professions, in person. No classes will take place at the Philip Ciarco Jr. Learning Center in Hackensack and only paramedic science program practicals will take place at Bergen Community College at the Meadowlands in Lyndhurst. The fall semester begins Sept. 2 and students can register at https://Bergen.edu or email registration@bergen.edu for assistance.
Paramus NJ,New Jersey’s Community Based Testing Sites located at Bergen Community College and PNC Bank Arts Center will expand access to testing for COVID-19. The two testing locations, established in partnership with the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, will be open to asymptomatic New Jersey residents. In addition to continued testing for symptomatic residents, testing will be prioritized for asymptomatic health care workers and first responders, personnel in congregate living settings, and New Jersey residents who have been in close contact with an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19.
Paramus NJ, effective Wednesday April 22nd, until further notice, COVID-19 testing at Bergen and Monmouth sites will now conduct testing on any New Jersey resident, regardless of symptom status. There is no longer a requirement that persons must be symptomatic prior to testing.
Members of the New Jersey EMS Task Force were throughout the state Saturday to support local, state and national partners in the fight against COVID-19.
New Jersey EMS Task Force teams served in logistics positions Saturday at MetLife Stadium where the second wave of a FEMA deployment of 100 additional ambulances and 450 EMTs and Paramedics began arriving. New Jersey EMS Task Force members spent the day working side-by-side with members of the NJ Department of Health, Office of Emergency Medical Services, FEMA, American Medical Response and the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority.
Paramus NJ, The NJ EMS Task Force has been providing logistics and administrative at the COVID-19 testing site at Bergen Community College in Paramus as well as the PNC Arts Center in Holmdel since they began operations. The NJEMSTF has been deploying tent structures at medical facilities in the region as part of its work during the Covid-19 crisis. Members of the NJ EMS Task Force are on hand to support local, state and national partners for the fight against the COVID-19 virus.
Ridgewood NJ, When not at Ridgewood Emergency Services as its Public Information Officer, Bob Krane is a State Staging Officer and Logistics Support member of the NJ EMS Task Force and a member of the Bergen County EMS Special Operations Group. Bob has been volunteering at the Bergen County Corvid19 Testing site in Paramus. It’s “all hands on deck” said Krane.
Members of the NJ EMS Task Force Thursday continued to support local, state and national partners at mobile COVID-19 testing sites at Bergen Community College and the PNC Bank Arts Center.
Paramus NJ, Governor Phil Murphy today announced the opening of a COVID-19 Community-Based Testing Site at Bergen Community College in Paramus. The testing site, established in partnership with the Federal Emergency Management Agency, will be staffed by the New Jersey Department of Health, the New Jersey State Police, and the New Jersey National Guard. Beginning on Friday, March 20th, the drive-thru testing center will be open seven days per week, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
