Visitors to Ridgewood’s Central Business District Prefer “Free Parking”

Ridgewood Nj, looks like the Benjamin at 1 Franklin avenue in Ridgewood has a parking problem . The problem being that visitors to the central business district have been grabbing up the assigned spots instead of paying for parking on central business district streets or in the parking garage on Hudson Street . Gee wiz would would have thunk it? Just another ancillary issue created by poor Village planning and please don’t blame it on “climate change” .

WalletHub Study: Village of Ridgewood Ranks 7th Worst Place In the Entire Country to Start a Business

Ridgewood NJ, National Small Business Week is approaching and many employers still struggling to hire new workers, the personal-finance website WalletHub today released its report on 2023’s Best Small Cities to Start a Business. No surprise the Village of Ridgewood with it’s very high costs came in 7th worst in the entire country at number 1328 (out of 1334) . In overall business environment the Village placed 955 and in Business costs 1310 .

The Pedestrian Plaza will return to Ridgewood on Saturdays and Sundays from June 3 – October 9, 2023

Ridgewood NJ, the Pedestrian Plaza, where streets are closed to vehicular traffic from Walnut Street to Broad Street, along East Ridgewood Avenue, will be held on Saturdays and Sundays from June 3 – October 9, 2023. There will be music and entertainment in Memorial Park at Van Neste Square on Saturday night and Sunday. Each month will be culturally themed, and there will be special activities for children. Please plan to come and shop, dine, and enjoy the entertainment this summer.

The theme this year highlights the recent Master Plan and addresses areas of flood remediation, open space, and park possibilities, green building ideas, local health topics, our drinking water, trees, native plants, and new recycling concepts. She was born on March 5, 1999, in Jericho, New York. Beer gained popularity in 2012 when Justin Bieber tweeted a link to her cover of Etta James’ “At Last.” She signed with Island Records and released her debut single “Melodies” in 2013. The Other Parking Problem in Ridgewood

Ridgewood NJ, in the Village of Ridgewood there is often a debate over the availability of parking in the central business district but there is another parking issue that no one likes to talk about , after a recent breakfast at Raymond’s Ridgewood a dinner loved the food but called the parking a “Total rip-off” and as for parking in Ridgewood, the dinner said , “$1.65 for an hour. no wonder there is nobody parked on the street.” Another visitor to the central business district said , “there’s lots of great places in Ridgewood but the traffic and parking are a pain”.
