Paramus NJ, Paramus Police Emergency Services Unit officers were forced to break the rear driver’s side window of a GMC SUV to free its unconscious driver after the vehicle careened off of Route 17 southbound on Sunday morning, and crashed into the parking lot of a Starbucks restaurant. A medical episode may have triggered the crash. The driver was transported to Hackensack University Medical Center’s main campus by a Paramus EMS ambulance. A flatbed tow truck removed the SUV from its predicament.

Paramus NJ, Tesla’s latest slate of price cuts is a sign the company is getting more aggressive as competition heats up in electric vehicles, according to Wedbush analyst Dan Ives. Prices of the Model 3 and Model Y were slashed on Thursday, with discounts ranging from 6% to 20%.

Paramus NJ, Tesla has revealed a wireless charging mat inspired by its Cybertruck’s angled design. The mat supports Qi-compatible devices and can charge up to three devices at a time at 15 watts each. It uses a charging technology called FreePower that allows devices to be charged in any position on the mat. Tesla’s Wireless Charging Platform can be preordered for $300 and will start shipping in February.

Bob was a security officer at Westfield Garden State Plaza for over 30 years. He was a good friend and colleague to the Paramus Police Department and all of Paramus’ First Responders. His dedication and enthusiasm for his job will be highly missed. A viewing will be held on Thursday December 8, 2022, at Petriks Funeral Parlor, 140 Palisades Ave, Bogota, from 9:00 Am till 9:30 Am. A funeral mass will be held at St. Joseph’s Church 115 East Fort Lee Road in Bogota at 10:30 am on the same date.

Paramus NJ, Paramus Police. Paramus EMS, and Paramus Fire Department responded to a Sunday night, 11/20, single vehicle rollover crash near 15 East Midland Avenue, Paramus. The Range Rover’s driver was uninjured in the mishap and refused medical attention. A flatbed tow truck righted the high end SUV and removed it from the scene.

Paramus NJ, looks like Republican Chris DiPiazza will become the next Paramus mayor, flipping a seat long held by Democrats. So far the unofficial results provided by Bergen County had DiPiazza leading with 5,486 votes to 4,008 for Democrat MariaElena Bellinger. Both candidates are sitting Borough Council members vying to succeed Mayor Richard LaBarbiera, a Democrat who has held the position for 14 years but chose not to seek reelection.

Paramus NJ, no injuries were reported following a Tuesday morning, 10/18, multiple vehicle crash on Route 17 northbound near Ridgewood Avenue, Paramus, in which one (1) vehicle rolled over on its side, and another careened off of the highway into a stationary roll-off container and adjacent building. Two (2) vehicles were towed from the scene. Damage to the building appeared to have been cosmetic in nature only. Paramus Police and Paramus Fire Department responded to the incident.

Paramus NJ, the adult driver of a KIA Sportage escaped injury during an early Wednesday afternoon, 10/05, crash in which the vehicle jumped two (2) concrete traffic control islands as it careened across busy West Midland Avenue in Paramus. and slammed into a detached garage and fence. A traffic control sign was flattened as well. Paramus Police and Paramus Fire Department responded to the mishap. The damaged vehicle was towed from the scene.

Paramus NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of ELIJAH HUTCHENS (DOB: 5/03/2003; single; unemployed) of Huntsville, AL on manufacturing and possessing child pornography charges. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Paramus Police Department under the direction of Chief Kenneth Ehrenberg.
