Leonia NJ, Ridgewood Crew rowers dazzled at the annual Overpeck Fall Classic, a 3,200-meter head course meet in Teaneck, New Jersey, hosted by Montclair High School and New York Rowing Association. In all, Ridgewood rowers earned a top three spot in eight different races and took home two gold, seven silver, and three bronze medals. Only the meet co-host, Montclair, won more medals, with 15 overall.

On Tuesday, October 3rd former player from last year’s team, linebacker Preston Stott, died unexpectedly and on Wednesday, one this year’s players, injured fullback Tommy Eickmeyer, lost his mom, Brenda, to an illness she had been battling.
