New Legislation Requires NJ Public Schools to Develop Threat Assessment Teams to Identify Students of Concern

Ridgewood NJ, Governor Phil Murphy today signed A4075/3229 [t.e2ma.net] into law, requiring the board of education in each school district and board of trustees in each charter school or renaissance school in the state to develop and adopt a policy for the establishment of a threat assessment team at their respective schools.

River Vale NJ,NJ State Senator Holly Schepisi  looked for answers for the new creepy sex-ed curriculum being forced on young children by the Murphy Administration .In a letter  to the state Department of Education Schepisi asked for clarification of recent statements made regarding penalties against school districts that aren’t compliant with new State DEI and/or Sex Ed requirements as well as how “compliance” will be determined.

Ridgewood NJ, parents once again spoke out at Monday evening’s Ridgewood Board of Education meeting about the increase in class sizes.  Taxpayers better get used to it .While  staffing shortage were cited as the primary problem, the reality is with more high density housing being targeted for the Valley Hospital property and the already built high density housing attracting more students to Ridgewood Schools ,taxpayers should prepare themselves to spend more money on classrooms and public education.

Dartmouth College is Completely Eliminating Student Loans and Replacing them with “expanded scholarship grants”

Ridgewood NJ, near the end of June , news broke from CNN that Dartmouth College is completely eliminating loans from their financial aid packages. They will be replacing all loans with “expanded scholarship grants”. This transition will prevent students from drowning in student debt after graduation.
