Upper Saddle River NJ, no injuries were reported in connection with a Tuesday morning, 05/31, collision involving two (2) tractor trailers and a Toyota RAV4 on Route 17 southbound in Upper Saddle River. One (1) of the tractor trailers involved jackknifed across two (2) lanes of the roadway. A large diesel fuel spill occurred when a saddle tank on the jackknifed truck ruptured.

Upper Saddle River NJ, the Academy of the Holy Angels Model United Nations team is thriving in the realm of virtual competitions. Most recently, AHA sophomore Elise Tao earned Best Delegate (first place) honors at the Yale MUN Conference for her work as a member of the United Nations World Tourism Organization committee. Over 2,000 delegates from 200 schools around the globe participated in the four-day Yale event. Tao placed first out of more than 30 delegates in her committee.

Ciattarelli stepped up his attacks as news broke that “Federal investigators descended on two state-run veterans homes this week as part of the U.S. government’s investigation into deficiencies in care at the nursing homes that had one of the highest COVID death tolls in the nation, a New Jersey official confirmed late Thursday. Sources at both homes say investigators from the U.S. Department of Justice interviewed residents and staff at the beginning of the week at the Menlo Park veterans home and Wednesday and Thursday at its sister facility in Paramus.”

Upper Saddle River NJ, according to the Upper Saddle River Police a 30 year-old male from the Bronx, New York was stopped for driving with a suspended license on Route 17 South. The male was found in possession of a fraudulent NJ Driver’s License and counterfeit currency. The male was arrested and charged with two counts of Forgery. He was released on his own recognizance.
