You’ll find ads offering litters of puppies, especially, on websites and listservs online. But once you pay, your supposed pet and the “breeder” will vanish, along with your cash. Here are ways to spot those puppy and pet scammers and stop them in their tracks.

The poll is a response to a proposed billionaires tax, which may see billionaires paying taxes on unrealized gains even if they do not sell any stock. Critics of the law argue that the value of assets does not always go up. Musk does not receive a cash salary or any bonuses, so the only way for him to pay tax is to sell stock. Ridgewood NJ, the $1.2 trillion “infrastructure” bill rammed through the House last Friday includes a multi-billion slush fund that will allow the Biden Transportation Department to bypass the states and spend the money at his discretion — because he is so knowledgeable about transportation having served as the Mayor of South Bend, Indiana. United States Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg will be able to allocate these funds for such projects as combatting climate change and righting the “inequities caused by past transportation projects.” He thinks federal transportation policy has been systemically racist.
