Fairview NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrests of CARLOS BURGOS (DOB 1/27/2000, single, unemployed) of 411 Martin Luther King Boulevard, Jersey City, NJ, and RAUL TORRES (DOB: 12/25/1999; single; and unemployed) of 1116 7th Street, North Bergen, NJ, on charges of Felony Murder, Murder, Conspiracy To Commit Robbery, Robbery, Unlawful Possession Of A Weapon, and Possession Of A Weapon For An Unlawful Purpose; DAVID MARTINEZ (DOB 6/5/2001, single; and unemployed) of 9022 Fulton Avenue, North Bergen, NJ, and LEXIE BURKE (DOB 1/26/1999, single, and unemployed) of 8615 Durham Avenue, North Bergen, NJ, on charges of Felony Murder, Conspiracy To Commit Robbery, Robbery, Unlawful Possession Of a Weapon, and Possession Of A Weapon For An Unlawful Purpose; and DYLAN RODRIGUEZ (DOB 4/5/2001, single, and unemployed) of 31 74th Street, North Bergen, NJ, on charges of Hindering Apprehension, Possession Of Marijuana With Intent to Distribute, and Unlawful Possession Of A Weapon. The arrests are the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Robert Anzilotti and the Fairview Police Department under the direction of Chief Martin Kahn.
