Ridgewood NJ, with the high density housing taking shape in the central business district in the Village of Ridgewood , Ridgewood taxpayers will once again be called on to fund additional, water, police, fire ,sewage , garbage, recycling , parking, roadwork infrastructure and additional school classrooms . All brought to you by the infamous “3 Amigos” ie… Paul Aronsohn  ,Gwen Hauck  and Albert Pucciarelli .

While taxes skyrocket , housing stalls ,ask your self  how difficult the Franklin /Broad Street  intersection will be during the morning rush and will Ridgewood Water finally institute “no flush Fridays” policy?

Everyone knows that staying hydrated is one of the most important ways of maintaining wellness. There are many benefits to staying hydrated, including higher energy levels, maximizing physical performance, and avoiding headaches.

But, does the amount of water a person should drink, change with the seasons? Should you drink more during the summer months?

“Typically, in the warmer spring and summer months people sweat more,” says Dr. Anne Park, D.O., a primary care physician at Hackensack Meridian Medical Group, who specializes in nutrition and obesity. “Dehydration can cause your blood pressure to drop, which can make you feel like you are driving with an empty tank,” explains Dr. Park.

Ridgewood NJ, This is a reminder that mandatory irrigation restrictions are still in effect. No irrigation is allowed on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays except for the use of a handheld hose, drip irrigation or if you have a Smart Controller Exemption. If you have an odd-numbered address, you may irrigate on Tuesdays and Saturdays. If you have an even-numbered address, you may irrigate on Wednesdays and Sundays.

No Planning Board Agenda Item Posted on the Village Website for the draft of Ridgewood’s New Master Plan

Ridgewood NJ, its simply amazing that the Ridgewood Planning Board has not posted the agenda yet on the Village website for march 3rd ,that according to Northjersey.com  contains the draft of Ridgewood’s new master plan.

“The new master plan will cap nearly three years of work by a four-person subcommittee that includes Joel, Deputy Mayor Susan Knudsen and planning board members Joel Torielli and Melanie McWilliams.

The plan has seen amendments during the past few decades but hasn’t had a complete overhaul since 1983.

NV5 is scheduled to present a draft plan to the Planning Board March 3.”
