This usually occurs when a footballer’s contract with their current club expires. They are then free to negotiate with other teams for a switch. The term for other clubs to make approaches begins six months before their contracts, in January.

Glen Rock NJ, Glen Rock was hit hard by an early evening thunderstorm on Tuesday, 07/06. Of the dozens of reported storm related incidents, these stood out: A single family home on Amherst Court took a heavy hit from a huge shade tree, and service on NJ Transit’s Bergen County Line was temporarily halted due to a downed tree just south of Harristown Road. Fortunately, despite the seemingly Borough wide existence of damages caused by strong winds and heavy rain, no storm related injuries were reported. Of course, Glen Rock Police and Glen Rock Fire Department personnel were on hand the ensure their residents’ safety, and were kept extremely busy throughout the entire storm event.

Harristown between Gramercy & Stonefield in both directions will be closed. Detours in place.

Trenton NJ,  Jack Ciattarelli, the Republican nominee for New Jersey Governor, highlighted the rising crime and Phil Murphy’s anti-police agenda in a new digital advertisement.
“Murphy should be held fully accountable for his failure to lead while crime rates skyrocket in our communities,” said Ciattarelli. “His pathetic deflection of ‘blaming the heat and humidity’ is a complete embarrassment and insults the intelligence of New Jerseyans. People up and down this state are extremely concerned, longstanding family traditions are fading away, police recruitment is at an all-time low, and the only thing Murphy has to offer is his usual ‘thoughts and prayers’ from another heavily staged press conference. Enough is enough – it’s time for Murphy to go.”
