East Rutherford NJ, Jets and Giants fans can skip the driving and parking with NJ TRANSIT’s BetMGM Meadowlands Rail Line service to MetLife Stadium. Beginning this Sunday afternoon, September 8, with the Giants hosting the Minnesota Vikings, and continuing through the season, NJ TRANSIT will be offering train service on the BetMGM Meadowlands Rail Line to and from Secaucus Junction for every Jets or Giants home game.

Ridgewood NJ, this may come as a surprise to some residents given the Schedler Park Property is targeted for clear cutting , but according to the Mayor  in 2024, the Village Council is launching an exciting initiative to restore and expand our tree canopy. As part of this program, we will plant 215 new trees and introduce 90 saplings through our Adopt-A-Sapling program. This effort is a direct response to the devastation caused by extreme weather and pest infestations, such as the Emerald Ash Borer, which have severely impacted our tree population.

I urge you to visit the “Portraits” exhibit at the Ridgewood Public Library as we honor those friends, neighbors and their families. ”

The Mayor stated as part of the Village’s ongoing efforts to enhance our parks, improvement projects are planned for Habernickel Park and the Schedler property. During preparations for these projects, we discovered that both sites have areas of contaminated soil.

Mahwah High School Student Launches Boat Built in Wood Shop Class

Mahwah NJ,  Mahwah High School student has turned a woodshop class project into a fully functional boat. Lukas Hart, who grew up in a boating family, launched the 11-foot, 450-pound boat that he designed and built in his advanced woodshop and furniture design class.
