Englewood NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of JAMAL ROBINSON (DOB: 03/18/1976; single; unemployed) of 360 Liberty Road, Englewood, NJ on charges of Unlawful Possession Of A Handgun, A Certain Person Not To Possess Handgun, and Possession Of A Large Capacity Ammunition Magazine; and DEIDRE A. ADEBIYI (DOB: 12/05/1977; single; nurse) of 104 Reade Street, Englewood, NJ on charges of Possession Of A Large Capacity Ammunition Magazine. The arrest is the result of an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Robert Anzilotti, the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office under the direction of Sheriff Anthony Cureton, and the Englewood Police Department under the direction of Chief Lawrence Suffern.

Englewood NJ, the New Jersey State Police have arrested Dwayne Redd Jr., 22, of Baltimore, MD, who was wanted for allegedly shooting a man and injuring another on June 20 in Englewood, N.J.

Englewood NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrests of DEJUAN STOKES (DOB: 09/29/1996; single; unemployed) of 4322 Star Circle, Randallstown, Maryland on charges of Murder, Attempted Murder and Possession Of A Weapon For An Unlawful Purpose; and JAMAL ROBINSON (DOB: 03/18/1976; single; unemployed) of 360 Liberty Road, Englewood, NJ on charges of Murder, Felony Murder, and Robbery. He also announced charges against DWAYNE REDD, JR. (DOB: 11/1/1997; single; unemployed) of 3612 Fords Lane, Apt B, Baltimore, Maryland, for Murder, Attempted Murder and Possession Of A Weapon For An Unlawful Purpose. The arrests are the result of an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Robert Anzilotti, the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office under the direction of Sheriff Anthony Cureton, and the Englewood Police Department under the direction of Chief Lawrence Suffern.

Englewood NJ, At the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, basketball trainer Ryan Ang of Ang1 Trainings  took his basketball training skills online. He is the youngest basketball trainer in New Jersey and 

possibly the whole country. Ryan Ang has been featured on USA Today, People Magazine,  People TV, ABC7 EyeWitness News New York, Northjersey.com and many more media 

platforms. He was not featured on those media platforms because he is the youngest basketball  trainer, but was featured because of his innovative idea of online live basketball training 

sessions.

Englewood Man Arrested in $1.5 Million Investment Fraud Scheme

Englewood NJ, A Bergen County, New Jersey, man was arrested today for his alleged role in an investment scheme that fraudulently obtained $1.525 million from at least three families from 2017 through 2019, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito announced.

Matthew Benjamin, 53, of Englewood, New Jersey, is charged by complaint with two counts of wire fraud and one count of securities fraud. He is scheduled to make his initial appearance today by videoconference before U.S. Magistrate Judge Cathy L. Waldor.

Englewood NJ,Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the ongoing investigation of a homicide and an attempted murder that occurred at approximately 1:11 a.m. on Saturday, June 20, 2020 in Englewood, NJ. The Englewood Police Department received multiple 911 calls reporting shots fired in the vicinity of the intersection of 2nd Street and 4th Street. Responding officers found multiple individuals in the roadway who had attended a gathering at a residence on 2nd Street.

ROSSI (DOB:2/18/1998; single; auto parts store employee) of 150 Tryon Avenue, Apartment A5, Englewood, NJ on charges of Arson, Criminal Trespass and Criminal Mischief. The arrest is the result of a joint investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Robert Anzilotti and the Fair Lawn Police Department under the direction of Chief Glen Cauwels.
