Oakland NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of 34-year-old JOSE HIGINIO RAMOS SOLIS of Oakland, NJ on charges of attempted murder, possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, and possession of a weapon. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck and the Oakland Police Department under the direction of Chief Keith Sanzari.
