water

Everybody drinks in order to survive. In the west, we are blessed with access to running water, and almost every home has a plumbed-in supply. In an ideal world, this would be as perfect to drink as if it came from a mountain stream. Sadly the facts are otherwise: the world is feeling the impact of global pollution, and this has a direct bearing upon our water supplies.

the staff of the Ridgewood blog

Ridgewood NJ, starting Sunday evening, October 18, 2020, at 9:00pm, Ridgewood Water (RW) will perform hydrant flushing in the systems of all four municipalities served by the utility. This is an essential part of our system maintenance program because it helps us to continue to provide you with high-quality water service. “From time to time I come across this blog. I find it so interesting that people who live in places like Ridgewood and Greenwich claim to speak on behalf of folks who live a world away – not in miles but in practicality. I applaud the person here who suggested reading. These are complex issues and require one to really understand history and data to come to any reasonable conclusion. I also agree that the education system is broken. In short, the liberalism has created a distorted view and poisoned the well of young minds. It pushes a singular view point instead of encouraging students to seek out knowledge from different sources. I find it interesting that folks on the Democratic side either do not know, or forget, the party’s own history. This is the party that created “Jim Crow”. It is the party of segregation. It is the party of Fascism. Read the history folks. These are simple facts. The Nuremburg laws where created in the late 1930’s, not out of thin air, but modelled after the segregationist laws of the US deep south. FDR was a huge fan of Moussolini – and the list goes on.”

Pieces of Equipment that Make a Good Equestrian Even Better

college equestrian teams in southern california

Horse riding is a fantastic hobby and can also be a really incredible career. Top equestrians are phenomenal riders and have an instinct and a connection with their horses that seems beyond belief to amateur horse riders. But very few people are born with these attributes and the equestrians at the top of their game have trained for years and years to get where they are now. Most started when they were young children and have continued to hone their skills and develop their relationships with their animals ever since. As well as this training, every equestrian understands the importance of great equipment. The right saddle or the right boots really can make all the difference when it comes to comfort on riding the horse, and rosettes at competitions.
