Ridgewood NJ, Ridgewood Water’s project to install new water mains in the area of the Eastside Reservoir and future site of the Eastside PFAS Treatment Facility will begin tomorrow, April 1st, and is expected to be completed in approximately six weeks. The work will take place from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm on weekdays. Road closures,( East Saddle River, East Glen and Van Emburgh ) and detours will be in place. Midland Park NJ, overnight road work will take place from January 5th to January 6th, as Ridgewood Water crews repair a leaking water valve at the intersection of Godwin Avenue and Goffle Road in Midland Park. Montvale NJ, the Garden State Parkway Southbound entrance ramp on Grand Avenue will undergo temporary closure commencing November 15, 2024. The NJ Turnpike Authority has scheduled ramp maintenance from approximately November 15, 2024, through July 2025, with the closure in effect 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Ridgewood NJ, according to the Village Manager Keith Kazmark , “Over the past few months the Village has been working with PSE&G to finalize their road resurfacing restoration schedule following gas main installation. Late Friday, we received their tentative schedule which should be completed by Thanksgiving. It includes 20 roadways, of which 15 will be fully paved from curb to curb. The Engineering Department and the Police Department will continue to coordinate with PSE&G to get this done.”

Ridgewood NJ, October 28th, a contractor for Bergen County will begin work on Ackerman Avenue in preparation for milling on October 29th and paving on October 30th. The work will begin at 7:00 am at the intersection of Godwin Avenue, and continue down Ackerman Avenue toward South Broad Street. Detours will be in place. Please build extra time into your schedule if you will be driving in this area.

Ridgewood, NJ · according to Ridgewood Village Manager Keith Kazmark , Bergen County has started ADA handicap ramp replacement on Ackerman Avenue in preparation for re-surfacing. There have been many resident requests to pave Ackerman and the Village is thankful to the county for addressing this busy roadway in town. Stay tuned for the milling and paving schedule!
